Happy November!
Last month our friends in Canada celebrated a day of Thanksgiving. This month those of us in the United States will continue this celebration, setting aside a specific day to be reminded of God’s goodness, faithfulness, and provision. This month I am thankful for all of you, our CLC members! Let us all join in thanksgiving for our vendor partners, who offer great cost-saving benefits to our institutions.

Individual ACL Membership Renewal Season
Just a reminder that CLC Institutional Memberships require at least one full ACL Individual Member at the institution. Individual memberships expire December 31, 2025, and the renewal season begins now.

Returning individual members: Please renew your membership through the MY ACCOUNT section of the ACL website.

New individual members: Visit the ACL membership wepage to review all of the ALC membership details, then click on the “Join ACL” button. Be sure to select the first-time member rate of $40.
If your institution has had any staff transitions and your previous full member has moved on, now is an ideal time to update this so your CLC participation continues without interruption.
If you have questions about your membership status or eligibility, please contact Linda Tse, our Membership Specialist. She is happy to assist and provide information on your institution’s current standing.
Join with other CLC members to continue to build a shared academic digital collection from Overdrive. The more libraries that join, the bigger and better the collection for all!
The discounted annual participation fee is based on FTE. One-quarter of the annual fee is allocated for configuration/hosting, with three-quarters available to purchase content shared by all participants.

The CLC Fall EBSCO eBook offer is now open and will run through December 15!
Stretch your budget dollars! There is still plenty of time to take advantage of the 30% savings during our annual fall EBSCO eBbook offer. Peruse the title lists on the website or explore consortia-eligible titles on ECM. Robin Corder, our Ebsco rep, recently presented a short webinar showing how to use EBSCO’s ECM to find and select titles, and how to create a list to order discounted titles. Library Resource Spotlight
In the September update we shared information about joining the Christian Library Network (OCLC symbol: CL@N). This group has now been updated in the OCLC Policies Directory. Not sure whether your library is a member? Log into the OCLC Policies Directory and search by the group symbol CL@N to see the current list of members. You can use this list to build preferred lenders in OCLC’s interlibrary loan system. Please contact Pam Greenlee for any questions or corrections to the list.
